We never use your texts, articles, or documents to train or fine-tune public artificial intelligence models.

End-to-End Encryption

All communications and text processing requests are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES algorithms.

Complete Data Control

You can view, export, or permanently delete your account and saved documents at any time from your settings.

1.Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver our text naturalization and account management services:

Account Details: Name, email address, password hash, and subscription plan tier.
Usage Analytics: Word count consumption, tool preferences, and timestamp logs.
Security & Session Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, and geographic country/city to prevent unauthorized account hijacking and credential abuse.

2.Document Processing & Storage

When you submit a text draft to the BypassProof editor:

The text is transmitted over encrypted channels to our NLP linguistic servers.
The text is processed in volatile memory and returned directly to your browser.
Texts are only stored in our database if you explicitly save them to your dashboard library. You can permanently delete saved documents at any moment.

3.Payment & Financial Security

We do not store your credit card or sensitive payment details on our servers. All financial transactions are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant Merchants of Record and payment processors (such as Paddle). These processors collect billing address, payment token, and tax information strictly for completing the transaction and issuing VAT/tax receipts.

4.Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under European GDPR and California CCPA regulations, you hold the following statutory rights:

Right to Access & Portability: Request an export of your personal profile and document history.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated records.
Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of promotional newsletters with a single click.
