BypassProof provides automated text readability optimization, tone refinement, vocabulary enhancement, and grammar polishing tools powered by natural language processing algorithms. The Service is designed for content marketers, bloggers, authors, copywriters, and business professionals seeking to improve the natural flow, engagement, and tone of written drafts.

3. Academic Integrity & Anti-Cheating Policy

BypassProof strictly prohibits the use of its platform for academic dishonesty, contract cheating, or the misrepresentation of student scholarship.

BypassProof is not an essay-writing, ghostwriting, or homework completion service.
Users may not use BypassProof to generate, rewrite, or submit assignments, essays, tests, or academic work in violation of any school, college, or university honor code.
We reserve the immediate right to suspend or terminate accounts found using the Service to facilitate academic fraud without refund.

4.User Accounts & Security

To access premium tiers and higher word quotas, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Account sharing, credential reselling, or unauthorized automated access across multiple parties is strictly prohibited.

5.Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

BypassProof offers both free trial allotments and recurring premium subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, Pro). By subscribing to a paid plan:

Billing Cycle: You authorize recurring periodic charges (monthly or annually) to your chosen payment method until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard with 1 click. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Refund Policy: All refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, offering a 14-day money-back guarantee for unused word quotas.

6.Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You retain full copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights to all original texts submitted to BypassProof and the resulting enhanced output texts. BypassProof does not claim any ownership over your writing and never sells or uses your content to train public AI models.

Platform Property: The BypassProof brand, logos, algorithms, interfaces, and proprietary code are the exclusive intellectual property of BypassProof Technologies Inc.

7.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we continuously refine our linguistic models to deliver the highest natural flow and quality, natural language processing results may vary based on context, domain, and external automated scoring software. BypassProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
